Clubbings in Vienna.

Nights for 16+ and 18+, a few weeks apart, each with its own motto — and the motto is voted for by the people coming. Dates, tickets and the door policy all live on our own site.

Every Few Weeks

A new night with a new motto on a regular rhythm — not one party a year. Two age brackets, 16+ and 18+, so nobody ends up in the wrong room.

You Pick the Motto

Y2K, Neon Night, Winter Wonderland, Back to School — the next theme is put to a vote before we book anything. The room decides what the room gets.

Tickets Without Tricks

One price, stated up front, no service fee bolted on at the last step. What the ticket says is what the ticket costs.

Reservations & Door

Tables can be reserved ahead, the guest list is checked at the door, and the gallery afterwards shows what the night actually looked like.

IWR 2028 Vienna

Every year, engineering and naval architecture students build their own composite boats and race them on pedal power alone — past ten knots, across seven disciplines, over three days on the Danube Island. BetaBeEvents is organising the 2028 edition end to end, with Jakob Pfeiffer as project lead.

What We Do

Events without the chaos.

A student regatta, a club event, a school ball — the work behind them is always the same. What we are building for the IWR is what we will bring to every event after it: planning, tickets, guests, and the day itself.

Event Planning

From the first idea to the last guest leaving. Timelines, checklists, vendors and budget in one place — for a regatta weekend just as much as for a club night.

Ticketing

Ticket sales without hidden fees. Price tiers for members and guests, a hard cap on capacity, and you get paid directly — with live sales figures as they come in.

Guest Management

RSVPs, table seating, dietary requirements, check-in at the door. For a school ball that means knowing exactly who is in the room — and who is not.

Live Event Tools

On the day it has to just work: live announcements, schedule changes, results, and a direct line to your team — without anyone running around with a printed list.
